Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you supply?

Thai-Import supply a range of Thai Shop and Supermarket chains across the UK. We are happy to help both small and large retailers.

Our minimum order requirement is 25 kilos (exclusive of sweets & groceries).

How will you keep our order fresh & safe?

From packing & labeling and delivery to the Bangkok airport, during the flight and right up to the time you take delivery in the UK, your orders are kept chilled to ensure they stay fresher for longer.

Packaging plays an important part in keeping your orders fresh & protected over long distances. We use thermo styrofoam boxes, cold gell packs & ice to keep temperatures close to freezing point during transit, along with foam cushioning to prevent damage from bruising.

How are your products packaged and labelled?

With the exception of some larger fruits & vegetables (supplied loose, by the box) many of the products we offer are pre-packed to a suitable size and labelled - we offer you a choice of sizes for popular products. Each label contains the product name, weight and a barcode, adhering to UK standards and promoting Consumer confidence.

Can you offer labelling to meet our requirements?

Bespoke packaging & labelling to suit your branding and sizing requirements is available subject to conditions of contract - please contact us to find out more.

Will we receive everything we ordered?

Thai-Import have a broad network of suppliers in Thailand and we do our best to provide a consistant supply of quality Fresh Thai Produce.

Occassional, due to factors beyond our control (e.g. seasonality, weather conditions), some products are unavailable. You can always contact us to check on availability.

If something you have ordered becomes unavailable at short notice we will contact you to let you know.
